I took my own baby to the hospital today. It was time to meet Zoe!

Zoe, meet baby. Baby, meet Zoe!

Zoe Violet weighs 6 pounds, 7 ounces, and is 19 inches long. Her Apgar score was a solid 9. And she looks exactly how I looked when I was a kid like her!

Mom and dad took a nap for about three hours. Much more comfy with the epidural.

Mom eats ice chips like Abel the golden retriever eats snowballs!

Mom is full of fentanyl and bupivacaine. Much better!
