Today was Boo at the Zoo!

It was pretty cold, so it was good to be dressed as a potamus.

Hee.

There were lots of dressed-up kids there, but only one had a costume from Grandma Marianne!

(Me. That kid was me.)

Be very, very quiet. I’m watching for mandrills.

This takes a lot of patience.

It’s like looking in a mirror.

I am Riley Potamus!!!

It is I, Riley Potamus!

Today we went to the same pumpkin farm that we visited last year.

Plop.

I can walk this year, so that’s one difference.

I still can’t lift these things.

Obligatory wagon wheel shot!

Another difference this year: there are farm animals out and about.

I was born in Colorado, so I get along great with them.

For example, this is my goat friend.

And that’s my bunny rabbit friend.

Hi, bunny rabbit!

They also have this kind of stuff at the farm.

I’m a little old for this nonsense, but I play along.

See?

They also had cows here.

I tried to climb in with the sheep, but I didn’t get far.

Cows and sheep are great, but do you know what’s the best?

Pigs are the best!

Dad says he never got to pet a pig when he was a toddler.

I can’t imagine that. I’ve got to have my pig time.

Pumpkin farm again!

Dad set up a fancy white backdrop at the humane society today.

I stopped by!
